It’s Halloween in New York City and everyone’s dressed up in their finest masks. But one costume stands out in particular. Can you guess who it is?

In the latest chapter of the Scream series, a new Ghostface returns and follows Scream 5’s cast of characters all the way to New York City. After the murderous spree in Woodsboro, the four remaining survivors – Sam (Melissa Barrera), Mindy (Jasmin Savoy Brown), Chad (Mason Gooding), and Tara (Wednesday's Jenna Ortega) – move to NYC for a fresh start. But based on Scream VI’s latest teaser, it seems that Woodsboro’s haunting ghost isn’t done with them yet.

The foursome are chilling in a subway ready to embark on a Halloween night out in the city, but things quickly turn south when they realize a certain Ghostface is lurking amongst the crowded train. As the backing track gets louder and the subway lights flicker, Ghostface gets closer to their victims step-by-step, in a jam-packed city where no one will hear them scream.

Scream VI also sees the return of Hayden Panettiere as Kirby Reed and Courteney Cox in her iconic role of Gale Weathers, alongside Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Liana Liberato, Dermot Mulroney, Devyn Nekoda, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra, and Samara Weaving.

Scream VI releases in theaters March 10, 2023.
