Chloë Grace Moretz has been acting since she was five, and practicing martial arts since she was an 11-year-old filming Kick-Ass.

The latest string to her bow? Judo, which she says her stunt coordinator on The Peripheral taught her to help with the action sequences.

"I was super down because it means I can throw 160, 180-pound men just like over my shoulder and just fly 'em," Moretz told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show. "Which just sounds so fun."

Turns out she isn't exaggerating, either, as Moretz demonstrates by promptly launching Fallon onto one of his own talk show couches.
